Concierge to suit the needs of your clients

CAYSH Concierge Services provides a unique approach to security provision in supported housing that protects the interests of vulnerable people first and foremost whilst delivering reduced costs and reduced incidents for commissioners and the local community.

Founded on 30 years’ experience working with and supporting young people CAYSH Concierge Services provide industry standard security professionals who are all expertly trained in safeguarding.


Static Concierge

The Static Concierge service can be individually tailored for a variety of settings but includes:

  • Up to 24/7 cover at a fixed location.
  • Suitable for higher needs residents.
  • Continual monitoring of residents and visitors.
  • CCTV monitoring where available.
  • Resident and visitor reception management including door management and covering the phones.
  • Internal and external patrols.
  • Health and Safety compliance checks and reports.
  • Site maintenance monitoring and reporting.
  • Out of hours access for emergency maintenance contractors.
  • On-site issues and incident management.
  • On-site display of static contact phone number, service information and team pictures.
  • Identification and uniform at all time.
  • Daily handover paperwork including detailed reports, building checklists and incident reports.

 

Roving Concierge

The Roving Concierge service can be adapted but includes:

  • Mobile flexible cover at a number of locations
  • Rapid physical response service accessible to residents via roving contact phone number
  • Flexible routes that are constantly adapted and varied according to shifting priorities
  • Able to prioritise specific tenants as advised
  • Individual assignment instructions for each site allowing specific instructions and protocols
  • Internal and external patrols
  • External surveillance
  • Display of roving contact phone number, service information and team pictures in each site.
  • Identification and uniform at all times.
  • Health and Safety compliance checks and reports.
  • Securing of buildings and premises.
  • Responsive issue and incident management.
  • Monitoring and reporting of maintenance issues across all sites.
  • Provide emergency access out of hours to maintenance contractors
  • Out of hours first stage ‘on call’.
  • Response to out of hours lockouts.
  • Attendance at police/emergency service visits to any properties covered.
  • Daily handover paperwork including reports, building checklists and incident reports.
