Covering a period which saw the CAYSH launch its Concierge Service, develop a fantastically popular, Crisis-funded Homelessness Prevention programme that helps young people avoid the drop into statutory homelessness, the opening of Croydon's innovative Drop in Zone - and difficult year for the finances.

Covering a period which saw the launch of the Sutton Time Out Project helping get 16/17s out of 'B&B' accommodation, working with the National Youth Reference Group, the launch of Liveline, our service users involvement programme and the arrival at CAYSH of Crodyon's rent in advance scheme.
