Covering a period which saw the CAYSH launch its Concierge Service, develop a fantastically popular, Crisis-funded Homelessness Prevention programme that helps young people avoid the drop into statutory homelessness, the opening of Croydon's innovative Drop in Zone - and difficult year for the finances.
